How to Order
Please pay by PayPal by using the Add to Cart button next to the item you wish to purchase. You will be directed to PayPal's secure server to make the payment. You will receive an email confirming your order and payment. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding ordering.
Items will be dispatched within 7 days after receipt of payment via PayPal.
Postage
UK: items other than framed paintings or large wallhangings will be sent by recorded delivery and postage will be £3.50.
For framed items or large wallhangings please contact me first for delivery charges.
International delivery: please contact me first for postage costs.
Customer Satisfaction
I want to make sure that all customers are happy with any purchase so do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems. I have tried to describe the items as accurately as possible but please note that due to the nature of felt the dimensions of felt items are approximate.
Please email me within 7 days of receipt if you are unhappy with any purchase and I will provide details on how to make a return. I will arrange a refund once the item(s) have been returned unused and in their original condition. I am unable at the moment to offer a refund on international orders or any earrings. The original postage charge is non-refundable.
Photographic Accuracy
Whilst every effort has been made to represent the items as accurately as possible, the colour accuracy of images cannot be guaranteed
